Bag vs Bucket
While a bucket maybe able to hold more, have you tried carrying a full bucket with that skinny handle. We’re not a fan of anything that will cause pain and stress to the hands that are essential for playing lacrosse. Bucket are plastic and crack, can’t find the lid. Yep that’s a reality. Our bag, is made from an extremely durable nylon, molded plastic base, and a great zipper that replaces that lid. Keep it around the house or give out to all the coaches.
Our opinion, save the bucket for paint!

Availability

Canceling/Modifying an Order

If an order is already processing in our warehouse and being packed to ship, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with a product, simply return it with a copy of the receipt or packing slip for an exchange or for a merchandise refund. Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase in their original condition and packaging in order to receive a full refund. All refunds will be processed in the same form of payment as it was purchased. Items returned after the 90 day refund period will be refunded in the form of a store credit for the lowest sale price that can be used for a future purchase.
To return or exchange items, ship your return merchandise, along with a copy of your invoice, indicating exchange or return, to the following address via UPS or insured US mail. Lacrosseballsdirect is not responsible for returned packages that are lost during shipment. Please allow up to 14 days for exchanges and credits.

Payment Authorization
Charges are billed to your credit card when your items ship. When you place an order on our site, an authorization is placed on your credit card in the amount of your order. An authorization is a communication from your bank to our payment system letting us know your card is valid and the required funds are available. On your bank statement these authorizations may show as “pending,” but please keep in mind they are not yet official charges.
